Overview
Cielos.ai is a live operations app for viewing map entities, recording trips, sharing location links, and managing teams. This policy describes what the app stores and how that information is used.
Information We Collect
We collect account information such as email address, display name, sign-in provider, role, and authentication session records. If you use map features, we may store live device metadata, last known position, trips, trip points, map markers, team membership, share links, and app preferences.
Location, Trips, Markers, and Teams
Location data is used to power the live map, recorded trips, team visibility, and share links that you create. Team members may see each other on the map when they share a team. Markers you create may be private or shared with team members, depending on the marker visibility setting.
Sharing
Share links are public to anyone who has the link. Trip share links show a read-only route. Live share links show current or last known location until they expire or are revoked.
Administration
Administrators can view and manage user accounts. Administrative views may include a user's account details, teams, trips, markers, connected clients, and diagnostic data needed to operate and support the service.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate web usage, such as page views and basic interaction patterns. Google Analytics may process device, browser, and usage data according to Google's own terms and privacy practices.
Data Retention and Deletion
Account, trip, marker, team, and share-link data is retained while it is needed to provide the service. Deleted accounts are disabled and sessions are revoked. To request export or deletion of your data, contact the Cielos.ai operator.
Security
Passwords are hashed before storage. Access to administrative features requires an authenticated administrator account. No system can guarantee perfect security, but the app is designed to limit access to user data based on account, role, team, and share-link permissions.
